Peach smoothie recipe

1 peach fresh or canned
1 small banana
1 cup fresh orange juice
crashed ice

Place all the ingridients in the blender and blend till smooth.

One of the more challenging areas as most of you might know, must be making healthy nutritious meals that are both good for them, as well as tasty and attractive for their developing palate. I had the hair-raising fortune of dealing with one of the most demanding picky baby-girls of them all, and had to break through creativity barriers in order to get some yum yum in her tummy, without getting it projectiled back onto her bib, high chair, and my face.
I want to share with you recipes that my baby-girl liked and some other tips and tricks that worked with us.
