Banana smoothies recipe

1 banana
1 cup of yogurt
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup strawberries

Blend all ingredients in the blender till frothy and smooth consistency.

Breakfast Menu

Varieties for breakfast are endless :o) It depends on the taste of your little one. My kids love their p0rridges, and of course pan cakes, fruit salads. My daughter prefers her baby cereals to anything else, so here is some other ideas that worked with us:o)

Millet Porridge

Oatmeal Porridge

Fruit smoothies

Sliced fresh fruit with yogurt

Muffins topped with fruit puree or cream cheese

Whole-wheat toast with cream cheese

French toast with fresh fruits or

Eggless French Toast

Eggless Pancakes
